I have a background as a social worker where I have experience in both the statutory and voluntary sectors. I have worked within mental health as well as children and families. In the past I have also co-founded a business offering environmental consultancy and project management.

I started my private practice in 2002 initially offering a range of body treatments and subsequently trained in NLP, Hypnotherapy and Counselling as I feel that is more aligned with who I am.

For a number of years I ran workshops on personal development as well as 'The Work that Reconnects', which invites exploration of how we can empower and inspire ourselves in how we respond to our concerns for the world.

I work in private practice in Somerset and Dorset.

I work as a volunteer counsellor at Help Counselling Services in Trowbridge, where I am also on the board of trustees.

I have a limited number of low cost Counselling and Ecotherapy spaces available, please ask me about this if you are on a low income.
