About me
I am a mother and a grandmother. I draw on my life experience as well as my professional qualifications in the sessions that I offer. I love connecting with people, reading, learning, spending time outdoors and with my grandchildren.
I have been, and continue to be, inspired by many different teachers and see my personal journey as a gift I bring to my work. I've been a spiritual seeker since my teens and feel supported by a regular spiritual practice, which helps me to stay centred, grounded, connected and in touch with my intuition. I aim to live compassionately and tread lightly on the earth, with respect for the interconnected web of life, during my own continuous journey to wake up and stay present.
Qualifications include:
- Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
- Certificate in Facilitation for Life on Earth
- Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy
- BSc Hons degree in Health & Community Studies
- Diploma in Social Work
I started my career as a social worker and then went on to gain therapeutic qualifications. I've been working with individuals and groups for over 30 years and am passionate about holding space for people to safely explore themselves.
